- Shifts: Start on 8am - 4.30pm stable day shift
- Ongoing long term employment
Key Responsibilities
- - Ensure accurate, timely & cost-productive dispatch of goods and transport arrangement for regional and interstate deliveries using multiple online portals and providers.
- Coordinate truck loading and unloading.
- Provide accurate and timely information on any issues arising with the dispatch of goods.
- Monitor and report on pallet movement
- Timely investigation of complaints in relation to transport issues or returned goods.
- Perform a variety of data entry activities in relation to production, stocktaking, maintaining dispatch records and DG paperwork.
- Accurate inventory management and stock control across multiple locations to ensure maintenance of appropriate stock levels.
- Receipt incoming deliveries ensuring accuracy, completeness and conformance
- Assist in the update of warehouse operating procedures and training documentation.
- Accurate and timely update of various warehouse, production, customer, supplier & WHS spreadsheets
Requirements
- Strong, proven experience in warehousing procedures and safety protocols.
- High commitment to Safetystandards
- Reliable with a good attitude and willing to learn
- Excellent reliability, communication, and team-player attitude.
