Bupa is seeking a dedicated customer service skilled to support Health Insurance customers from our Melbourne office. In this permanent, full-time role, you will resolve enquiries, review cover, and tailor health insurance solutions while upholding Bupa's values and customer-first approach.

You'll participate in an 11-week training program, work Monday to Friday within 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and operate in a hybrid setup with two in-office days weekly.
