Due to another increase in enrolments, our centre continues to grow and we are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our highly regarded team.

About the Role

- Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs
- Create engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Maintain quality documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service

What We're Looking For





- Hold or be actively working towards an approved Early Childhood qualification
- Have previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and best practice
- Be a collaborative team member with excellent communication skills
- Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and continuous professional growth
