Odyssey Victoria is seeking a Senior Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Advisor (Identified role) to lead culturally safe service delivery and drive reconciliation initiatives. Based in Richmond, the role is full-time with a vehicle and progressive work flexibility.

The Advisor will support staff understanding of Indigenous needs, develop relationships with communities, and guide programs to ensure culturally protected environments for clients and staff alike.
