The Role

Dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to residents, coupled with a focus on innovation in care, our client is one of Australia's leading aged care providers. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Aged Care leader to join their team in a pivotal role. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, your core focus will be on ensuring and improving residents' health and wellbeing. This will include:

- Working directly with residents, understanding their individual needs and delivering tailored care and support
- Developing and implementing clinical care initiatives and programs to optimise residents' lives
- Leading, motivating and upskilling your team of carers and nurses
- Managing compliance, reporting and other administrative requirements

What You'll Need

In order to succeed in this role, you'll have exceptional clinical skills and knowledge, with proven ability to lead and optimise clinical care delivery. Additionally,



you'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Div.1 Registered Nurse
- 3+ years' clinical leadership experience within an aged care setting or similar, in Australia
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high performing care workforce
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A robust focus on compliance and quality
- Sound administration skills, coupled with solid commercial and financial acumen
