About the Role

As aRegistered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering protected, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
- Support residents with nutrition,



hydration, and overall health needs
- Maintain best-practice infection prevention and control standards
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and ongoing clinical reviews
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- CurrentAHPRA Registrationas a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working in anAustralian Residential Aged Care facility(clinical placements are not considered)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Current National Police Check(within the last 12 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check(or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
- Current Influenza vaccination
- Valid Australian working rights
- 100 points of identification
