4WD Supacentre in Nowra is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a large retail team on the shop floor, coaching staff, supporting customer conversations and driving revenue growth across our Adventure Kings range.

You will report to the Store Manager and own day-to-day sales performance, including roster management, KPI monitoring and strategy development to elevate conversion, average order value and category performance while delivering exceptional customer service.
