The role sits at Level 3 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Industry Award 2010

About the Roles
Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are recruiting for a Housing Services Officer to support services delivery from our Caboolture office, and at times other service delivery hubs across our catchment.
Housing Services Officer Roles
- The first point of contact for tenants and the community, triaging enquiries and working on early resolution.
- Data entry in a property and tenancy management system.
- Support tenancy finance functions
- Provide administrative support to the Housing Services Team, assisting in the delivery of tenancy and property functions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Essential administrative skills, a proficiency in data entry and telephone handling to ensure effective client service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
