- /n We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions /n /n /n About the role /n /n We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Distribution Administrator to join our distribution team at Vinidex manufacturing facility in Toowoomba. /n /n This role is ideal for a highly organised and data driven administrator who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys working across inventory, distribution, customer service, and third-party logistics operations. /n /n Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a broad range of administrative and operational activities that support the day-to-day functioning of the distribution network.



/n /n What will you do? /n /n
- /n Processing inbound and outbound transactions accurately in SAP. /n
- /n Preparing dispatch paperwork, delivery documentation, and transport manifests. /n
- /n Coordinating customer orders to ensure delivery commitments are achieved. /n
- /n Managing stock invoicing and receipting between company and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. /n
- /n Supporting inventory control activities, including stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations. /n
- /n Monitoring customer returns and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. /n
- /n Acting as a key point of contact for NATGAS operational enquiries. /n
- /n Liaising with internal teams and external transport providers to keep operations running smoothly. /n
- /n Producing reports and maintaining accurate records to support operational performance. /n
- /n Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the distribution function. /n /n /n About you /n /n
- /n Experience in a logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, customer service, or supply chain role. /n
- /n Exposure to SAP or a similar ERP system. /n
- /n Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. /n
