- Provide end-to-end document control support across multiple projects within a shared services team.

- Support project leads by managing document workflows, revision control, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
/n
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely distribution and tracking of project documentation.
/n
- Contribute to a team-first environment by proactively assisting others during busy project periods.

- You'll bring solid document control experience with a strong understanding of core principles such as revision control and document workflows.

- You're an organised and proactive professional with the ability to build strong working relationships and support successful project delivery.

- Experience with Aconex is highly regarded, with exposure to TeamBinder a bonus.

- You'll be someone who works well in a team, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
