About Our Client The Blackwater open cut coal mine is one of the largest producing metallurgical coal mines in Queensland. It is situated 73 kilometres south east of Emerald, on the traditional lands of the Gaangalu people. ​​Operating since 1967, the Blackwater mine has a strike length of 80 kilometres and is one of nine metallurgical coal mines in Queensland’s Bowen Basin.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Dozer Push Operator within the Production Department at Blackwater Mine, supporting coal mining operations and production targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Operating CAT D10 & D11 Dozers in a production mining environment

Conducting bulk push operations safely and efficiently

What You Will Need





Proven experience operating CAT D10 & D11 Dozers in a production mining workplace

Current Training Transcript or LMS record demonstrating competency

Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical

Current Driver's Licence

Valid Right to Work in Australia

Strong commitment to safety and operational standards
