WE ARE HIRING 12+ DRONE OPERATORS STARTING 1st OCTOBER

About the role:

You'll be flying a fleet ranging 7kg to 150kg, working from our Adelaide based HQ, servicing agricultural spraying, solar farm cleaning, and other specialised contracts nationwide.

We have three distinct operations, each with its own roster:

- 7-day rotating shift work with on-site accommodation whilst working (within 10 hours of HQ)
- On-the-road rural & remote deployments for up to 2 weeks at a time (nationwide)
- Standard 9-5 base operations (within 2 hours of HQ)

We are hiring for all operations listed above.

Key responsibilities:

- Fly scheduled jobs to spec, on time, and to the client's site inductions.
- Run pre-flight and post-flight checks on your aircraft every job, every day.
- Log flight hours, faults, and maintenance issues back to the engineering department at HQ
- Adapt to changing conditions on site, weather, terrain, airspace, and crews.
- Work independently on remote deployments.
- Staying in constant contact with HQ when deployed in the field.

About you:





- Current RePL (Remote Pilot Licence) and at least 2 year of FTE experience flying in sub-25kg category.
- Minimum 100 hours logged flight time in the last 2 years.
- Most recent flight within the last 3 months.
- Comfortable and knowledgeable with DJI systems.
- Quick learner on unique airframe.
- Understanding of internal workings of drones and ability to perform minor emergency repairs on site (Advanced training provided).
- Physically capable of remote fieldwork: long days, variable weather, hands-on ground handling, back-to-back days of driving.
- Australian citizen or resident with right to work in Australia.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
