Myndshift Group have been engaged by several client partners across multiple open-cut mining operations in Queensland, including established gold and coal projects, to build a pool of experienced Haul Truck Operators for upcoming and ongoing production work.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators with solid hard rock open-cut experience to join production teams across a number of active sites. You will be responsible for safe and efficient haulage operations, supporting production targets across varying site environments. Rosters, rates and travel arrangements vary depending on the site you're placed on, and will be discussed in full during the application process.

Roles Include:

- Haul Truck Operator (CAT 789 & 794) - Byerwen Mine
- Haul truck Operator (CAT 777) - Mt Carlton Gold Mine





This is an excellent opportunity for experienced open-cut operators looking for immediate starts with a respected contractor in the Bowen Basin.

What We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience operating large mining dump trucks in open-cut operations
- Proven operating experience on relevant equipment
- Current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and National Police Check
- Valid RII competencies for relevant machinery
- Solid safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures
- Ability to work both independently and within a production team
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
