Early Childhood Educator / Assistant Educator – Certificate III or Working Towards Certificate III

We are looking for a motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our Early Learning Centre in Tempe, NSW.

We welcome both Certificate III-qualified Childcare Educators and educators who are currently working towards their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on childcare experience, develop their skills and build a long-term career in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator / Assistant Educator, you will work alongside Room Leaders and other childcare educators to provide quality education and care for children.

You will

- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Assist with early childhood education programs and learning experiences
- Support daily routines, activities and care needs
- Create safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Assist with observations, documentation and educational planning
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and Early Childhood Educators
- Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

About You We are looking for a Childcare Educator / Assistant Educator who is:

- Certificate III-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or




- Currently working towards Certificate III
- Passionate about working with children
- Reliable, positive and committed
- A strong team player
- Willing to learn and develop professionally
- Interested in building a career in Early Childhood Education and Care

Previous childcare, early learning or early childhood experience is highly regarded, but we are also open to educators who are beginning their career in the sector.
