At Lucy Sparkles & Friends, we bring high-energy, educational drama, music, and dance sessions to early learning centres, preschools, playgroups, and birthday parties!

Our curriculum aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and is designed to build confidence, coordination, and creative expression in young children (ages 0–6). We provide all curriculum plans, themed props, and songs—you bring the sparkle, energy, and love for teaching!

What You’ll Do

- Lead engaging, interactive 30–45 minute Music, Dance, or Drama classes for groups of babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in local Early Learning Centres.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and joyous environment where every child feels seen and encouraged.




- Manage class energy and active participation using provided props (shakers, ribbons, puppets, bubbles, and parachutes).
- Communicate warmly with centre directors, educators, and parents.

What We’re Looking For

- Infectious Energy & "Sparkle": Outstanding vocal confidence (singing in pitch), expressive body language, and a warm, playful demeanor.
- Experience with Young Children: Prior background in early childhood teaching, performing arts, drama, dance instruction, or children's entertainment.
- Reliability & Autonomy: Punctual, organized, and confident traveling independently between venues.
- Vehicle & Licence: A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required to transport prop kits).

Child Safety Requirement (Mandatory) Lucy Sparkles & Friends is deeply committed to child safety and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child abuse.

Mandatory Requirements Before Starting:

- Active ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance (or NSW Working With Children Check if operating in NSW).
- Up-to-date reference checks (at least two professional references).
