Early Childhood Teacher

Full-Time or Part-Time | Queanbeyan, NSW Kin Early Learning Centres is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

Kin is locally owned and operated, with two purpose-built early learning centres in Queanbeyan. We are committed to providing high-quality education and care through meaningful relationships, child-led learning and thoughtfully designed environments.

About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Kin, you will:

- develop and deliver an engaging, play-based educational program
- create meaningful learning experiences guided by children’s interests, strengths and ideas
- build secure and respectful relationships with children and families
- support children’s learning, wellbeing and transition to school
- document and critically reflect on children’s learning
- work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team
- contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan and ongoing professional reflection
- maintain a strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standard and relevant regulatory requirements
- actively support Kin’s commitment to child safety.

About you

We are looking for someone who:
- holds an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- holds or is eligible for NESA accreditation




- has a current NSW Working with Children Check
- has current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications
- is passionate about child-led, play-based learning
- values strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- communicates confidently and contributes positively to a team
- is reflective, dependable and committed to continuous improvement
- has a sound understanding of child protection and child-safe practices.
