We are looking for an innovative educator with a passion for developing learners using a variety of teaching and learning methodologies.

The successful applicant will have/be:

- have a Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (approved by ACECQA) minimum qualification
- be an active and committed member of a Christian Church;
- be committed to the ministry of Christian schooling;
- be an energetic, highly motivated self-starter;
- be Part time, eager to be part of a growing creative and creative ELC team;
- have a sound knowledge of NQF and EYLF, Play, Inquiry and Project Based Learning;
- understand Reggio Emilia Approach and Nature Education;
- be nurturing and friendly interaction with children,



dedicated to the pastoral care;
- be resilient, resourceful and positive problem solver;
- be flexible, collaborative and have teamwork skills;
- available and engaged to work while the service is open; and
- be highly creative in developing and implementing curricular plans.
- have adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children
- have the ability to effectively supervise service operations, by actively responding to arising matters while following the service director’s guidance, goals and core instructions.
