Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker at Level 3 in Goulburn for a temporary full‑time contract until 30 June 2027. The role focuses on coordinated, client‑centred care for women, children and families affected by substances, with intensive case management, counselling and home visits.

You will work within the SUPPS team, alongside nurses and the AOD service, to promote trauma‑informed, holistic support and health outcomes.
