In this role, you'll

Be working within the Injury & Health Solutions team, you’ll provide specialist workers compensation advice, guidance and training to support compliant and effective claims management.

You’ll manage complex and litigated matters, while working closely with internal teams, claims service providers and legal providers.

You’ll also support audits, respond to legislative and SIRA changes, and help strengthen claims management capability across the team.

About you

You have significant experience managing workers compensation claims, including complex and litigated matters, self-insurance portfolios and insurance premiums.





You bring a robust understanding of workers compensation legislation and SIRA requirements, with the ability to provide clear technical advice, mentor others and manage competing priorities. You’ll also have tertiary qualifications in a related field or relevant professional experience.
