Leading a team of five, you will take ownership of global financial reporting, accounting operations, controls, treasury and payroll.

Description n

- Lead and mentor a high-performing (and incredibly friendly!) team of five, driving capability, engagement and operational excellence.
n
- Drive the finalisation of historic reporting, a key priority for Q4 2026
n
- Establish a reliable and sustainable operating rhythm within Accounting & Reporting, with a particular focus on timely, accurate monthly reporting
n
- Establish robust financial controls, accounting policies and governance frameworks to support growth and compliance.
n
- Champion automation, process improvement and AI-led initiatives across the finance operations function.
n
- Oversee accounting operations including capitalisation, transfer pricing, treasury management and accounts payable governance.
n
- Act as the final approver for key finance operations activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong risk management.
n
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, People & Culture, Legal and Product teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
n
- Lead revenue operations, payroll governance and employee share scheme (ESOP) accounting and compliance requirements.
n




- Contribute to critical business transformation initiatives, including entity structure reviews, operating model improvements and other strategic projects.

Profile nn
- Ideally available to commence by mid October 2026
n
- Strong technical accounting experience (8+ years) commencing in a Big 4 (mid-tier at a minimum)
n
- Global payroll management/oversight experience is highly valued
n
- SaaS and/or tech experience (ideal), with global operations
n
- Demonstrated management of a high performing team, particularly across Accounting and Payroll
n
- Robust curiosity around and application of AI and automation within finance
n
