Online Fulfilment Officer – Christmas Casual

As an Online Fulfilment Officer Christmas Casual, you will play a key role in supporting order picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory ticketing within our busy Adelaide CBD distribution centre during our Christmas trading period. Working with small, lightweight products, you'll help ensure online and store orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll also support inbound receiving and stock accuracy as required. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety. You'll work efficiently under pressure and take pride in getting things done.

Key responsibilities

Pick and pack online and store orders in a fast, efficient, accurate and safe manner

Ensure all orders have correct paperwork, shipping labels, and packaging

Support dispatch and courier-related activities to meet delivery timeframes

Accurately ticket, label, and prepare products to ensure readiness for point of sale

Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system and Microsoft Office applications

Readiness to get involved wherever needed, including store fulfilment support when required

Enjoy variety and work well under pressure

Take pride in accuracy and speed

Availability across Monday to Saturday is required (not necessarily every day and may include evening shifts)

Previous experience in warehouse or online fulfilment is preferred but not essential

A current Police Clearance is required before commencing this role
