Natty Workwear in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast is seeking an Operations & Customer Experience Manager for a permanent part-time role with Monday, Wednesday and Friday shifts, with a view to moving to full-time in 3–6 months.

You will own daily customer service, oversee B2C and B2B order fulfilment, manage warehouse organisation, and help build scalable processes in a quick-growing ecommerce brand.
