Mallee Track Health & Community Service in Ouyen, VIC seeks a physiotherapist to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, delivering adaptable services including individual and group sessions, health promotion and education across aged care, client homes and outreach sites within the MTHCS catchment.

The role requires collaboration with the Allied Health team, support from Allied Health Assistants, and adherence to delegated scope of practice.
