Disability Support Workers (Experienced) – Mentone, Mordialloc & Bayside Areas

Location: Bayside, Mentone, Mordialloc

Pay Rate: AU$36.81 – AU$37.95 per hour

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate support workers to join our team. In this role, you will deliver vital, NDIS-funded support programs across the Bayside area. What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Empowering participants to achieve their specific NDIS goals
- Facilitating community access and social participation




- Supporting daily living activities to promote independence
- Building positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with participants
- Encouraging confidence, personal choice, and greater autonomy
- Working collaboratively with families, primary carers, and other allied health professionals

Essential Criteria & Qualifications

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability stream).
- Licence: Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle are strictly essential.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience delivering NDIS-funded disability supports is preferred.
- Mandatory Certificates (Required prior to commencement):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- Current CPR (HLTAID009)
