The Office of the CIO (OCIO) seeks an experienced Environments Engineer/Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic rapid-paced team. /n The role requires strong hands-on capabilities along with well-developed management skills including team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work collaboratively across various functions.
Key duties and responsibilities/n · Assist with overall team strategy and planning. /n · Provide technical leadership to the environments Team. /n · Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans. /n · Execute hands-on critical and complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD and new projects and environment changes. /n · Ensure standards and support processes are continually reviewed and improved. /n · Seek out automation opportunities for improved management of the Salesforce landscape.
/n · Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and external vendors to resolve them. /n · Develop environment and code management plans to support Release plans to deploy projects and BAU fixes into Production. /n · Manage support tickets with Salesforce & maintain platform security. /n · Ensure documentation on processes, policies, and configuration is developed and maintained. /n · Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. /n · Assign work activities, mentor and provide support to the environments team. /n Provide support for Salesforce projects and work with team members including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, Cyber Security, Architects and Business Analysts. /n /n Required Skills: /n
