About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Residential & Commercial) to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced electrician who enjoys working alongside a team, improving day-to-day operations and ensuring maintenance work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the electrical maintenance team, improving day-to-day processes and efficiency.
- Work alongside the team on jobs and provide hands-on support and supervision.
- Coordinate and organise maintenance jobs from start to finish.
- Manage maintenance invoicing and job administration.
- Prepare quotes for maintenance works and small projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve how the team operates and deliver a consistently high standard of work.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Current WA Electrical Licence.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence.
- Previous experience leading a team or supervising electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, codes and Australian Standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on getting the job done efficiently.
