Role Description The Electrical Project Manager role at EPS is an office based position based in Perth, WA. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical construction and maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules and resources, supervising contractors and site teams, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.

The Electrical Project

Manager will work closely with clients, engineers, and procurement to define project scope, track costs,



manage variations, and provide regular progress reporting. This role also involves identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and continuously improving project processes to support high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of electricity principles and industrial electrical systems.
- Experience in electrical contracting and managing construction or maintenance projects in industrial or resource sectors.
- Budgeting and cost control skills, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and managing project finances.
- Electrical design and electrical engineering skills relevant to industrial installations and infrastructure projects.
- Project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Australian standards, safety regulations, and hazardous area requirements within the electrical industry.
- Strong leadership abilities, team coordination skills, and the capacity to make sound decisions in rapid-paced environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in electrical engineering or a related discipline; registration or accreditation where applicable is an advantage.
- Previous proven experience in mining, resources, energy, or heavy industrial projects; experience in renewable energy installations is highly beneficial.
