Site Supervisor / Site Manager (Electrical) | Data Centre Project

Your new company An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join a globally recognised leader delivering one of Sydney's flagship data centre projects.This is a long-term contract position overseeing the electrical installation package on a major mission-critical facility, working alongside an experienced project delivery team on a high-profile build.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of electrical subcontractors, site coordination, safety compliance and programme delivery across key stages of the project.

Responsibilities include

Managing electrical and communications subcontractors on site

Coordinating daily site activities and project milestones

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

Leading toolbox talks, site inspections and permit processes

Driving quality and commissioning readiness

Working closely with construction, engineering and client-side stakeholders

Managing site documentation, reporting and progress tracking





What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will have:

Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor

Strong background delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, critical infrastructure or data centre projects

Excellent knowledge of electrical installations and site safety requirements

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a quick-paced construction environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Valid Australian working rights
