Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of transmission, substation, and renewable energy developments, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager, and Construction Manager to lead site delivery across major projects throughout NSW.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

You will lead subcontractors, coordinate site resources and work closely with project stakeholders to ensure quality, safety and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading and supervising electrical construction activities on site
- Managing multiple subcontractor crews and work fronts
- Driving safety, environmental and quality compliance
- Coordinating project resources, activities and stakeholders
- Monitoring productivity and project performance
- Supporting commissioning and project completion activities
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget requirements

We're looking for individuals who have:





- Electrical trade qualifications
- Strong experience supervising HV electrical construction projects
- Background in substations, transmission, utilities, industrial or renewable energy projects
- Proven capability managing subcontractors and site teams
- Strong safety leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to solve problems and maintain project momentum in complex site environments
