Electrician

Control Fire Protection is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic prospect for someone with strong service, maintenance, and fault-finding experience who is looking to build a long-term career within the fire protection industry.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the servicing, testing, fault-finding, and repair of fire protection systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. This role is service-focused, requiring a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain, and repair fire protection systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary rectifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing in accordance with Australian Standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety requirements.
- Liaise with clients on-site, providing clear communication and excellent customer service.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.

About You

- Qualified Electrician.
- Experience in service, maintenance, and fault-finding of electrical systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
- Current driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.




- Experience within the fire protection industry will be highly regarded, however it is not essential. We are open to training the right candidate who has a strong electrical background and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with emergency and exit lighting systems would be highly advantageous, as this forms a significant part of the role.
