/n About the role /n We are seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated care team in Tallangatta, Victoria. /n As a qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you will provide high quality, person-centred clinical care to our acute and aged care residents. Supported by a consumer-focused approach you will ensure the personal and clinical needs of consumers are met with respect, dignity and positivity. /n We pride ourselves on a supportive culture, with fair and manageable workloads and offer all the benefits and conditions of a Victorian Public Health Sector employee. /n We welcome candidates who may be eligible for employer sponsorship under the Skills in Demand (482) Visa. /n In addition to meeting the Visa eligibility criteria, ideal candidates will: /n /n

- Hold a current, unrestricted Nursing Registration with AHPRA

/n

- Have 2-3 years Australian working experience, Aged Care experience preferred, but not mandatory.

/n

- Possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills

/n

- Have a genuine desire to work in a rural aged care setting with long-term commitment to Nursing in Australia.

- Permanent Full-Time employment

- Remuneration based year on years of experience, salary range $75,000 - $80,000.

/n

- Flexibility to work a 38hr standard week or 40hr week with ADO

/n

- Employer sponsorship under Skills in Demand (482) Visa
