Graduate Program Structure

Duration: two years

As a fresh graduate engineer, you will work within our Product Realisation Department to complete structured rotations across four core disciplines.



Our dedicated engineers will mentor you throughout the program while they will share their skills and knowledge to help you grow further into your long-term career goal.

- Foundation & Chosen Engineering Discipline – Electronics, Mechanical & Firmware or Mechatronics.

- Elective Inclusive of Project Management.

- Test & Compliance.

- Manufacturing Engineering.

About you:

- This is an opportunity for June or November 2026 engineering graduates.

- Must study in the discipline of Engineering in Electronics & Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Computer Science or Mechatronics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including cross-functional teams, while being receptive to learning from experienced colleagues.

- Effective management of priorities and time.

- Excellent knowledge of using MS Office tools.

Desirably you have:

- Good understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry.

- Graduate understanding of engineering processes.

- Completed an internship or industrial placement in the same industry.

Location of work: Mainly on-site in Adelaide.
