St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for Berengarra, a 90-bed residential aged care facility co-located with St George’s Hospital in Kew. You will lead nursing staff, mentor team members and help achieve KPIs while delivering person-centred care.

In this fixed-term 0.8 FTE role, you’ll work a rotating roster including night shifts; you’ll need a Bachelor of Nursing, AHPRA registration and substantial clinical/aged care leadership experience, with
