Exclusive Talent is partnering with an established global organisation to recruit a Sales Representative – Personal Care to manage and grow its Australian customer base.

n

This opportunity suits someone who combines technical knowledge with solid commercial sales capability and enjoys working with beauty brands, cosmetic manufacturers, formulators and distribution partners.

The Role n

n
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
n
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
n
- Build relationships with R&D;, formulators, procurement and commercial stakeholders
n
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable ingredient solutions
n
- Introduce new products and support projects through to commercialisation
n
- Manage pricing, negotiations, sales pipelines and forecasts
n




- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
n
- Attend customer meetings, technical presentations and industry events
n
- Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Regulatory and Customer Service teams
n

About You nn
- 5+ years’ experience within Personal Care, Cosmetics, Specialty Chemicals, Ingredients or a related industry
n
- Strong B2B sales, business development or key account management experience
n
- Technical understanding of cosmetic ingredients and applications
n
- Knowledge of actives, surfactants, emulsifiers, botanicals or specialty ingredients is highly regarded
n
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Full Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel as required
n
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
n
