Sonder Bar in Bentleigh is seeking a genuine hospitality professional to run a busy venue from the floor. You’ll lead the FOH and bar team, drive service standards and develop a team that understands outstanding hospitality.

You’ll manage daily operations, including rostering, stock control, costing and reporting, while maintaining RSA, safety and high customer service standards. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
