You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with Yarrawonga Health values and aged care standards. /n You will: /n /n
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.

- Participate in lifestyle therapy activities and support holistic resident care.
/n
- Advocate for residents and ensure their dignity and values are upheld at all times.

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
/n
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing (EN Level 2 Classification)

- Sound understanding of Aged Care Standards and relevant legislation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
