Enrolled Nurse (Casual)- Mornington

Direct Care Assistance is looking for a Casual Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive team in the Mornington area. This is a rewarding opportunity for an EN who is experienced in working with children and collaborating closely with their families and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, respectful, and individualized care.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor the participant’s health and wellbeing and report any changes appropriately.
- Provide medication administration and monitoring as required.
- Support PEG feeding and related care.
- Monitor and respond appropriately to seizure and epilepsy-related needs.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate effectively with the participant, family, and care team.
- Work collaboratively with the participant’s family and wider healthcare team to support consistent and quality care.

What We’re Looking For





- Current and valid Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration.
- Experience working with children.
- Experience collaborating with children’s families and other healthcare professionals.
- Experience supporting participants with seizures/epilepsy.
- Experience with PEG feeding.
- Experience with medication administration and monitoring.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider care team.
- Commitment to secure, high-quality, person-centred care.
