Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost plans
- Assess risks, opportunities and construction methodology
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender submissions
- Work with project teams to align pricing with delivery

Role Requirements:We're looking for a detail-driven estimator who takes pride in getting the numbers right. You'll ideally have:

- 2 years' estimating experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Sound knowledge of the subcontractor market and current construction costs
- Strong ability to read drawings, specifications and technical documents
- Experience with take-offs, cost plans and tender submissions
- Great communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships
