Estimator / Project Coordinator – Commercial Construction

- Brisbane-based commercial construction company seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in estimating, project coordination, or a similar construction role.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, tender submissions and project budgets.
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work and subcontractor/supplier quotations.
- Coordinate projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with procurement, variations, purchase orders, scheduling and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: $56,759.89 – $116,722.24 per year
