Trippas White Group (TWG) is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Events Food & Beverage Attendants to join our events teams across three of our iconic Sydney venues:

- Botanic House, Royal Botanic Garden
- Terrace on the Domain, Royal Botanic Garden
- Centennial Homestead, Centennial Parklands

Our venues host a wide range of weddings, corporate events, private functions and celebrations, and we are looking for people who understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service and create a great experience for our guests.

About the Role

As an Event Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across our events.

You will work across weddings, corporate functions, private events and other celebrations, working closely with our event supervisors, managers and kitchen teams to ensure each event runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy working with guests, are comfortable in a busy environment and take pride in delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests
- Deliver food and beverage service throughout events
- Serve food, wine, cocktails and other beverages as required
- Assist with venue set-up before events
- Assist with bump-in and pack-down
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain excellent presentation and service standards throughout the event
- Work closely with supervisors, managers and kitchen teams




- Respond professionally to guest requests and enquiries
- Ensure the event space remains clean, organised and presentable
- Follow responsible service of alcohol and workplace safety requirements
- Work as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly and to schedule

About You

- Previous experience in events, weddings, corporate functions or premium hospitality
- Excellent customer service skills

Experience working at weddings and corporate events is highly regarded, and we are particularly interested in people who understand the level of service and attention to detail expected at premium events.

Availability

Our events operate throughout the week, with a strong focus on evenings and weekends.

You must be available to work a flexible roster, including:

- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Evenings and nights
- Public holidays
- Weddings and corporate events




- Christmas and New Year's Eve

Flexible availability will provide you with more opportunities to work across our venues.

Botanic House A premium restaurant and events venue located within the Royal Botanic Garden.

Terrace on the Domain A busy hospitality and events venue hosting weddings, corporate functions, private events and celebrations.

Centennial Homestead A large-scale hospitality and events venue in Centennial Parklands, hosting weddings, corporate events, private functions and celebrations.

Working across multiple venues provides variety and the opportunity to gain experience across different event styles, teams and service environments.
