Job Description

Mission Australia in Lismore, NSW is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee complex client care and drive recovery‐oriented practice within the PSP across Tweed Heads, Lismore, Grafton and Coffs Harbour.

The on‐site role partners with the Program Manager and health and community services, delivering tailored assessments, case planning and risk reviews to support people living with mental illness.
