Job Description

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to hands-on support Guardian’s core applications, Microsoft 365, Azure, and security controls. You will troubleshoot Level 2/3 issues, automate workflows with PowerShell and Python, and help secure our technology setting across centres and Support Office.

You’ll collaborate with Centre teams, vendors and senior leaders, translating complex technical concepts into practical, reliable solutions that improve service delivery
