The Role n

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the floor: supporting service, leading by example, and helping maintain the standards that have made Bistro Moncur a Sydney dining institution. This is a hands-on, service-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard setting and takes pride in genuine hospitality.

- Proven experience in a senior floor or supervisory hospitality role

- A passion for exceptional dining and guest experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team

- Full-time availability, including weekends
