- You'll work Tuesdays and Wednesdays from our Dingley Village office and the rest of the week from home, enough in-person time to learn from the team, enough time at home to focus.

but because you follow-through on what you say.
- You're the one with the colour-coded calendar and the list for the list. Juggling a few things at once doesn't stress you - it's when you do your best work.
Role Responsibilities
Most days are a mix of two things: time on the phone and email with customers, and time working out why an account doesn't balance.
- Reconciling customer accounts, investigating discrepancies and preparing debtor, ageing and cash collection reports for management.
- Following up overdue accounts by phone, email and other channels, using a calm and professional approach to support timely payment outcomes.
- Processing customer payments, allocating receipts and maintaining accurate debtor records.
- Answering customer queries, providing invoice copies and resolving account disputes.
- Preparing, updating and processing invoices, credit notes and account adjustments with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitoring customer credit limits, supporting credit control processes and assisting with trading terms.
- Working closely with sales teams, managers, customers and external parties to resolve queries, disputes and payment issues efficiently.
Selection Criteria
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Customer service or administration experience
Candidates with prior experience in accounts receivable or credit control will be highly regarded.
