What You'll Do:
As our Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting quality tenants with great properties and be the first impression of our team for many of our clients and prospective tenants.Supported by our fantastic Property Management, Admin and Accounts teams, you'll focus on delivering a professional, welcoming and exceptional leasing experience while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property inspections and open homes
- Managing enquiries and following up prospective tenants
- Processing applications and assisting with tenant selection
- Coordinating leasing and move-in processes
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey
- Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day leasing activities
- Contributing to new business and portfolio growth
Who We're Looking For:
You're confident, proactive, personable and thrive in a fast-paced, team workplace. You bring:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Previous leasing or real estate experience (preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, professional and client-focused attitude
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with Ailo (is a bonus, but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
