As the Clinic Manager at our vibrant Wynyard location, you aren't just managing a schedule, you are the heartbeat of the clinic in Sydneys CBD. Your mission is to:

- Inspire & Lead: Mentor and motivate a talented team to deliver their absolute best every day.
- Drive Success: Take ownership of clinic KPIs and fuel growth with a strategic, sales-focused mindset.
- Own the Client Journey: Ensure every client feels empowered, from their initial consultation to their final result.
- Hands-On Excellence: Lead by example by performing and overseeing cutting-edge body, face, and skin treatments.

About You

You are warm, ambitious,



and obsessed with the "win"—whether that’s a team member hitting a goal or a client seeing life-changing results.

We are looking for:

- A Natural Leader: Someone who loves leading people as much as they love the beauty industry.
- Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales or customer service (Beauty, Fitness, Wellness, or Luxury Retail backgrounds are highly regarded).
- Communication Pro: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
- Flexibility: Availability to work until 6:30pm and rotating Saturdays until 3:00pm to support our busiest times.
- Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for aesthetics and a "can-do" attitude that inspires your team.
