Martinus is seeking an experienced Rail Safety Manager to lead rail safety compliance, accreditation and regulatory engagement across the business. You will be the primary interface with ONRSR, ensuring RSNL compliance and providing strategic safety support to projects and units.

You will own the Safety Management System, develop audits, lead incident investigations and risk assessments, manage drug and alcohol programs, and contribute safety input to tenders and rolling stock operations.
