Noma Finance started in 2022 with one idea: brokers should act in their clients' interests, not push whatever product suits the lender.

Most of our clients find us through social media. Our content helps people understand their finance options before they need them, so when it's time for a loan, they come to us to pick the right one and have it explained clearly. Why we're hiring

Our lead flow has grown significantly, and we need a third broker to join Kelly and Acacia. This role is a real seat at the table in a young brokerage that's growing, with room to grow alongside it.

What you'll do

Take clients from start to finish: first call, needs analysis, lender selection, quote, application, approval and settlement

Work leads that Noma generates for you. You're not responsible for bringing in your own





Match clients to the right option across our 30+ lender panel

Handle objections with care and confidence, helping hesitant clients get to a decision they feel valuable about

Keep files clean and compliant, meeting responsible lending obligations on every deal

Look after clients after settlement, so they come back and send their friends

What you'll bring

At least 2 years of industry experience, either as a finance broker or a credit assessor

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Strong objection handling and a calm, clear way of explaining finance to people who find it stressful

Genuine care for clients, especially people who've had a rough experience with finance before

Based in Melbourne and available full-time

Nice to have: car loan or asset finance experience.
