We’re recruiting Factory Hands and Production Workers for a large, well established manufacturing operation in Oxley. You don’t need years of factory experience — reliability, a good attitude and being comfortable with hands-on work are more important.

People coming from warehousing, construction, trades, labouring, hospitality or other physical roles are encouraged to apply.

You’ll be part of a busy production team manufacturing and preparing commercial construction products. Depending on where you’re working, you could be:

Loading, unloading and handling products and materials

Assisting with production machinery and manufacturing processes

Using hand and power tools

Measuring,



packing and preparing customer orders

Completing general factory duties while keeping your work area safe and organised

What we’re looking for

Factory experience is useful, but it isn't essential. We’re looking for people who:

Are reliable and turn up ready to work

Enjoy physical, hands-on work and being active throughout the shift

Can follow instructions and work safely around machinery

Work well as part of a production team

Want reliable, ongoing employment and are willing to learn

A forklift licence or previous manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but we’re also happy to consider people looking for their first opportunity in manufacturing.
