About the role

Reporting to the Test & Quality Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for testing enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new functionality across our enterprise applications landscape.

Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure technology solutions are thoroughly tested, fit for purpose, and ready for deployment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on and manage a variety of projects end-to-end across ERP, eCommerce, integration, and digital transformation initiatives while contributing to the ongoing maturity of our testing and quality assurance practices.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based at our West Footscray office.

What you will be doing

- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage across enterprise applications.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, prioritise, and manage defects through to resolution, working closely with Business Analysts, developers, and vendors.
- Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and project teams to communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Support project delivery through test planning, deployment readiness, cutover activities, and post-implementation validation.
- Maintain high-quality testing documentation, including traceability matrices, defect logs, test reports, and supporting user documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying best-practice testing methodologies, supporting automation, and enhancing QA processes and tools.

What we are looking for

You are a detail-oriented testing qualified with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality technology solutions.

You will have:





- 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing best practices.
- Experience testing enterprise applications, including ERP, eCommerce, integrations, and APIs.
- Proven capability in system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Postman, or similar.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent testing certification is desirable.
